To maintain Trophy Club's standing as a Premier Residential Community and a "Great Place to Call Home” by protecting and promoting the interests of its Residents, Businesses and Property Owners.
The Town of Trophy Club has a Council-Manager form of government. The Town Manager serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Town of Trophy Club. The Town Manager’s Office oversees all town departments, manages operations and ensures that the vision, policies, initiatives and ordinances of the Town Council are enforced.

Mr. Class joined Trophy Club administration as the Town Manager in January 2017, following a twenty-seven-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Initially assigned to the Atlanta Division where he investigated a wide variety of criminal and national security matters, Mr. Class was later promoted to Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI Counterterrorism Division’s International Terrorism Operations Section at FBI Headquarters.
In 2007, Mr. Class was transferred to the Birmingham Division overseeing investigations of all white-collar crime, public corruption, civil rights and critical incident response matters. In 2011, Mr. Class was promoted to Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Mobile Division’s National Security Branch.
In 2013, Mr. Class was promoted into the FBI’s Senior Executive Service where he served as the third named Director of the High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group at FBI Headquarters, overseeing the worldwide deployment of the nation’s best interagency interrogation resources against significate counterterrorism targets.
FBI Director James Comey designated Mr. Class as Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas Division in January 2015, where he led a team of dedicated professionals and had operational and administrative oversight of thirteen offices serving citizens in 137 counties of North Texas.
Prior to entering the FBI, Mr. Class served as a police officer and detective with the St. Petersburg, Florida Police Department. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Columbus State University.
Mr. Class currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Caruth Police Institute, University of North Texas, Dallas, and is a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI. He and his wife Kelley are Trophy Club residents and are the proud parents of three adult children.
