ATTENTION: Citizens of North Fort Worth.  There are 3 major events coming to the North Fort Worth area this fall. These events which fall on consecutive weekends will seriously congest the roads in this area.  Two of these events fall on the same weekend and the third event occurs the following weekend.

► Friday, 10/27/17 thru Sunday, 10/29/17 - Tanger Outlet Mall Grand Opening
{
heaviest traffic times 0900-2100}

► Saturday, 10/28/17 and Sunday, 10/29/17 - Alliance Air Show
{
heaviest traffic times 0900-1800}

► Thursday, 11/2/17 to Sunday, 11/5/17 - Texas Motor Speedway Fall NASCAR races
{
heaviest traffic times 1000-2200}

These events will cause serious congestion on the roads surrounding each of the venues, specifically IH-35W at Eagle Parkway and IH-35W and Highway 114 intersection. For the residents who live in close proximity to the Alliance Airport and Tanger Outlet Mall/Texas Motor Speedway, your best course of action is to avoid these areas on these dates if at all possible.  If you cannot avoid traveling in this area, use the plan, “West is Best”.  This means to try and utilize routes of travel that are to the west of Texas Motor Speedway and Alliance Airport.  If you reside west of TMS, please utilize Highway 114 to travel to the west.  You can take Highway 114 to Rhome and utilize US Highway 287 to go to Decatur or Fort Worth.  If you reside east of TMS, try to avoid Highway 114 and utilize Litsey Road to travel either to IH-35W or Business 114 in Roanoke.

If you have ANY questions, please feel free to email or call me.  Please SHARE this and future information concerning the race with HOA groups, neighborhood associations, and your neighbors.
