UPDATE 11.5.17, MISSING RESIDENT LOCATED:
On Saturday, November 4th at approximately 8:30pm, missing Trophy Club resident Donn Renwick was located in the area of Van, Texas (Van Zandt County), approximately 100 miles southeast of the DFW area. Mr. Renwick was disoriented but otherwise in good condition. As a precaution he was transported to a local area hospital to be evaluated. Trophy Club Detectives are currently enroute to interview Mr. Renwick and additional information will be provided at a later time.
Today, the Town of Trophy Club saw fire departments, law enforcement, volunteers and canines come together to search for Trophy Club resident Donn Renwick. The energy and teamwork by everyone involved is appreciated by residents, staff, neighboring municipalities and the family of Mr. Renwick.
The Town of Trophy Club would like to express our heartfelt “thank you” to the following entities for assisting in the on-going search for one of our own: Argyle FD, Dallas FBI, Denton County Sheriff’s Office, Flower Mound FD, Homeland Security/TSA, Hurst FD, Joshua FD, Little Elm FD, Mansfield FD/PD, Parker County ESD, State DPS Aviation Unit, Roanoke FD/PD, Trophy Club FD/PD and staff, United States Secret Service, Canine Units: Mark 9 and Search 1, and CERT groups from Denton County, Keller and Trophy Club.

UPDATE, 10.27.17 at 5:10pm
On 10-26-2017 at approximately 4:00 pm Trophy Club PD was notified of a missing person from the 300 block of Village Trail in Trophy Club. The resident, Donn Renwick, a 72-year-old white male (6’1”, 185 lbs.), was last seen the morning of the 26th around 10 am wearing a grey or light blue windbreaker with blue jeans and tennis shoes. The investigation began that evening shortly after the report was made. A coordinated large area search began at 10:30 am today. This search has yielded no positive findings or viable leads. Trophy Club unified command is utilizing search dogs, aerial assets, and representatives from the following departments and volunteer organizations: Trophy Club, Roanoke, Argyle, Flower Mound, Little Elm, Hurst, Joshua, Parker County ESD, Mansfield, Denton County Sherriff’s Office and the State DPS Aviation Unit, along with the Trophy Club, Keller and Denton County CERT groups. Trophy Club emergency services ask that if you see anyone that fits this description to please contact Denton County Sherriff’s Office or call 911.
TCPD/FD and numerous other law enforcement entities are currently searching for Trophy Club resident, Donn Renwick. If you feel you have seen Mr. Renwick, immediately contact Denton County Dispatch at 972.434.5500 option 9.
