Lifeguard Your Child

Posted by Jill Lind on May 17, 2018

Saturday, May 19, 2018, is National Learn to Swim Day. This day is dedicated to educating parents and children about water safety.  Before Memorial Day Weekend and the start of summer, it is an opportunity for families to learn the importance and benefits of learning to swim.

As we prepare for the summer season and honor National Learn to Swim Day it is so important to be alert and be a lifeguard for your children and others who are enjoying the water.  The Trophy Club Fire Department is working with Cook Children's to spread awareness and safety information so the little ones (big and small) can fully enjoy their summer swim time.
